岗位职责:
?Guarantee the proper handling of non-conforming or suspect delivered parts according to procedure.
?Organize internal meetings to coordinate problem analysis and develop solutions in case of customer claims or concerns.
?Handle customer claims and file 8D reports according to GP 1905.
?Closely communicate with the customer to align with customer expectation and consider customer feedback within the plant.
?Support the internal core team in reviewing relevant technical documents.
?Monitor and analyze any customer non-conformities, based on claims and online service records, as well as customer PPM (parts per million) rate on a monthly basis.
?Conduct employee training for online service operators.
岗位要求:
?Min. 3 years of professional experience in quality assurance within the automotive industry
?University or college degree in engineering
?Good communication and team work skills
?Problem-solving and proactive attitude
?Solid MS Office and SAP skills
?Know-how of quality management requirements according to ISO/TS 16949
?Experience in product and process audits according to VDA 6.3/6.5
?Profound know-how of quality management tools (Q7 tools) and Automotive core tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA)
?Fluent English
