职位描述：

Main Responsibilities:
· Business Analysis
？ Analyze the overall delivery of Company financial targets on a regular basis and report back to the business with recommendations as necessary
？ Focus on the performance analysis per commercial line or per doors.
？ Determine, measure and follow-up key cost drivers in a periodic basis. Provide value-add suggestion to management team.
？ Design and operate effective planning and decision support systems, financial information and control
？ Continuously improve processes and procedure to increase efficiency and maintain the integrity of the accounting and management requirement
？ Doors opening and closure analysis and follow up
·Business Planning and follow up
？ Work with different function to prepare annual budget, including collect information, prepare working paper, assess the accuracy of raw data, analyze investment
？ By brand expense allocation and expense evolution analysis
？ After budget submission, track actual spending and budget variance on a regular basis
·Reporting and Financial Monitoring
？ Accurate and timely delivery of all managment reporting
？ Capex application and actual spending control and follow up
？ Work with accounting team on monthly closing and review detailed expenses
·Working process refinement
？ Help to improve existing controlling process by standardizing procedure/ automation etc.
？ Improve expense control and analysis efficiency

Technical Skills
？ Qualified Accountant or Business school
Profile
？ University degree in Finance & management controlling
？ 3-5 year experience in a similar position within an international group.
？ Ability to analyze,compare and interpret facts quickly
？ Strong business acumen
？ Strategic thinker
？ Pro-active
？ Dynamic
？ Customer focused (external and internal)
？ Self-motivated
？ Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
