需要有车间生产线上质量检验经验，基本英语交流能力

As a member of the Bombardier China Team, you will be supporting an emerging supplier in Aerostructures. The role will include but is not limited to Business Operating Systems, Quality Management Systems and Engineering Technical Application. While working in close relation with this supplier, your responsibilities may involve the following tasks, to ensure that the emerging supplier provides quality products:

• Support Operations in On Time Delivery (OTD).
• Support all Engineering and Methods coordination in support of Harmonization process and Product Realization (HIP and PPIP).
• Perform and assist supplier First Article Inspections on Sheet Metal, Machined, Sub Assembly and Final Assembly (FAI’s) for Bombardier Aerospace Aerostructures.
• Carry out Audits and Inspections of BA Product and BA Processes in Final Assembly Line, Production and Manufacturing environment.
• Carry out Product Audits/Process Confirmations Build Orders, Plans and techniques.
• Perform and Assist Audit of Customer Inspection Points (CIP’s) and Key Interface Points as per Service Level Agreements (SLA’s), Customer Feedback and also Corrective Action Board.
• Continuously provide feedback for all Root Cause and Corrective Action activity including CAB, Internal/External, Supplier and Customer.
• Engage in Problem Solving and Problem Resolution i.e. PSS, 8D, SWOT etc.
• Actively contribute to Continuous Improvement and BA AES Framework and Roadmap using various tools such as Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), Balanced Scorecards (BSC’s), Daily Morning Meetings (DMM’s).
• Engage in Material Review Board (MRB) activity. Represent BA Quality and support Vendor Non Conformance Management System (VNCMS) as well as performing Go Look See’s.
• Monitor all supplier Metrology/Calibrated Equipment/Tools for Periodic Inspection, Recall and Maintenance.
• Work closely with Supply Chain Management with regards to inventory levels and stock quality focusing on BA Buyer Furnished Equipment (BFE).

Other Skills and Competencies:

• Support SACC in the definition of new Quality Control techniques which enable reduced cycle time and costs while respecting the quality requirements.
• Provide training and develop supplier's ability for First Time Quality (FTQ) or First Time Through (FTT).
• Support SACC to meet BA Quality requirements QD4.6-40, QD4.6-60, AS9100 and NADCAP.
• Your ability to develop positive relationships with the supplier(s) will be essential.
• Adhere to Bombardier General Work Requirements and Code of Ethics.
• You may support workshops and identify proactively product and process non-quality risks, and analyze define key features to avoid non-conformance.
• Organize and prepare presentations for formal technical reviews.
• Develop, revise and manage policies and procedures as required

Job Qualifications

• You have a DEC in aerospace or the equivalent and you have a minimum experience of 3 years in aerospace /in quality.
• Working knowledge of aircraft structures and systems.
• You have the ability to read, write and speak English.
• Good knowledge of governing regulatory, company policy and procedures.
• Good communicator, professional, familiar with the Quality Management Systems, Quality procedures and processes. (AS9100, QMS, QDI, QI, etc…).
• Good command of information systems MS Office. Powerpoint (PP) and Excel.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and you are able to validate dimensional measurements.
• You have a good knowledge of engineering requirements and specifications.
• You have the ability and competency to inspect and validate aircraft product using measurement tools and go no go devices i.e. Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Bore Gauges and Feeler Gauges. Knowledge of Ultra-Sonic Equipment is a plus also.

Working Conditions:

1. Frequent exposure to general shop conditions and machine noise.

2. Moderate to occasional meetings before/after regularly scheduled business hours may

be required.

3. Moderate to occasional overnight travel may be required.

4. Occasional exposure to close proximity of moving parts.

5. Occasional to moderate exposure to hot, cold, humid, weather and non-weather related hot temperatures, and non-weather related cold temperatures.
