职位描述：
主要职责：
1、 负责公司产品在所辖区域的招商、销售工作，建立区域销售网络；
2、 掌握市场流行动态，根据公司的战略方针并结合当地市场的情况，制定并实施销售计划；
3、 规划和实施区域市场产品、渠道、客户、终端布局，实现有效开发和管理；
4、 协助代理商做好分销、销售督导工作；
5、 带领团队完成区域销售与回款指标；
6、 塑造企业品牌形象，做好对外宣传工作。

岗位要求：
1、8年以上化妆品、药妆工作经验；
2、在有良好的代理商资源，熟悉当地的药店、化妆品店、母婴店等渠道；
3、本科以上学历；
4、工作勤奋，具开拓精神。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the distribution and sales of the company's products in Liaoning, establish district sales network;

4. Assist the agents in the supervision work of distribution and sales;
5. Lead the team to reach the district sales and payment collection targets;
6. Shape the corporate brand image, do a good job of publicity.

Qualifications:
1. 8 years of working experience in cosmetics, cosmeceuticals;
2. Have good resources of agent in the responsible area, be familiar with the local pharmacies, cosmetics shops, mother and baby stores and other channels;
3. Bachelor degree or above;
4. Hard-working with pioneering spirit.
