职位描述：
1.Response for all material, equipment, spare parts import operation, upon the requirement of buyer and project engineer, arrange the proper shipping mode, timely pick up transportation customs clearance and timely delivery.

2.Response for all export operation, upon logistic planner’s plan, arrange proper trade term, shipping mode, documents making, arrange timely pick up or delivery, timely feedback to customer the shipping alert.

3.Responsible for transact new register handbook set up, update, close, domestic sales or handbook transfer, free duty application，mechanical &electrical products permit and inspection certificate etc.. Draft out the customs declaration documents for import & export.

4.Responsible for shipment transportation booking and domestic transportation or international express delivery upon the relative department’s Requirement.

5.Imp/Exp cost application and records book in statistics, all imp & exp doc. clear up, enroll, pigeonhole.

6.Timely report to manager or colleague when meet the import problems or issues.。

7.MRO responsibility.

任职要求：

1.At least 3 year experience of purchase or import & export business

2.MRO experience and Auto industry background is preferred.

3.Strong communication & coordination skill

4.Strong ability of negotiate, plan and judge

5.Good skill on using office software and basic knowledge of finance.

6.Must be able to work in a team environment

7.Fluent in English
