II．Requirements &Qualifications: 职位要求
1. English native speaker 英语母语外教
2. Bachelor’s Degree or above本科以上学历（需在本国中国使馆进行认证）
3. Having related teaching experience more than 2 years工作经验超过2年
4. TEFL/TESOL certificate holder is preferred拥有TEFL/TESOL 授课资格优先考虑
5. Be in good health 身体健康
6. Location: Shenyang 工作地点：中国辽宁省沈阳市
7. Proof of no criminal record 无犯罪记录证明
8. Observe the laws, decrees enacted by the Chinese government as well as the school’s rules and regulations; no criminal records; understand and respect Chinese work ethics and customs.

One year work visa provided for successful applicants

Salary structure: A+B+C+D+E+F 工资构成A+B+C+D+E+F
Condition I: Having lessons for adults, teenagers and preschoolers
可以教授成人、青少、幼儿全部课程
Monthly basic salary of 11,000 RMB will be guaranteed, Excellent teachers will get more with working overtime.
每月最低工资可保证11,200元，优秀教师将获得更多工资。
A. Basic hours：75 hours/ month 10,000 RMB 每月基本授课75小时，授课工资10,000元；
B. Over time takes:
130 RMB/hour for adults
150 RMB/hour for teenagers and preschoolers
Excellent teachers will get almost 100 hours of working time every month.
超时工作，教授成人课程工资每小时130元超时工作，
教授幼儿和青少年课程工资每小时150元；优秀教师每月可达100小时左右；
C. 1,000 RMB monthly allowance for housing;
D. 200RMB monthly allowance for traffic；
E. 200,000 RMB Personal Accident Insurance per year
每月1000元住房补贴，每月交通补助200元，一年的意外伤害险保额200,000元。
F. Ticket allowance机票补贴
5,000 RMB airfare will be paid at the end of contracted year, when the teacher renews the contract for next year.
工作满一年，续签合同提供5000元机票补贴
Assist to deal with local services, including renting an apartment, handling telephone cards and bank cards.
协助办理落地一切服务，租房、协助办理电话卡，协助办理银行卡

IV. Documents Needed 申请文件
给外国人办理工作签证要求如下：
Requirements for foreigners to acquire a work visa are as follows:
1、学历：本科或本科以上，需经中国驻外大使馆认证
Education: bachelor degree or above, need to be approved by the Chinese embassy or consulate.
学历证明复印件及中国驻外大使馆认证（如果是非英语母语国家需要将毕业证翻译成汉语，并盖翻译公司公章）
A copy of certificate of academic degree ,approved by a Chinese embassy or consult.(if non-native English speaker, the certificate must be translated into Chinese, and a seal of the translation company must be provided )
2、毕业后相关工作经验在两年以上
more than two years’ related working experience after graduation
3、无犯罪记录（由外籍人员户籍所在地警察局开具证明，然后由政府做公证，再到中国驻外大使馆进行认证方为有效）
No criminal record (Foreigners need to go to their local police station to request a record that has been notarized by the government then may go to the Chinese embassy or consult to be approved)
4、护照首页复印件或照片
Copy or picture of the first page of applicant’s passport
5、体检证明原件（6个月以内）
A medical certificate/ health check (original) that has been obtained within 6 months
6、英语简历(从高中开始)
An English language resume from high school（we can help you to translate）
7、前任工作推荐信，如果有在中国学校机构英语授课经验。
One letter of recommendation from a previous employer if the application has taught English at other Chinese schools or organizations.

Shenyang, the largest city in Northeast China, is the political, economic, and cultural center of Liaoning Province. It is also an important industrial base and a famous historical city.

        沈阳世贸人才国际教育中心成立于2003年7月，是沈阳市人民政府为适应我国加入世界贸易组织以后所面临的新形势，加快培养外向型专业人才的需要而设立的一家教育机构。中心创建十二年来，牢固坚守国际化教学、社会化办学、专业化育人和开放式发展的教育理念，不断借鉴吸收发达国家整合教育资源和智力能力开发的成功经验，主动把握市场需求和社会要求以及学习群体的执业创业愿景，能动开展教育培训实践，创业的青年学子及商贸人员，为促进辽沈地区开发开放，支持中外企业合资合作，以及扩大中外商贸、教育、旅游服务业交流做出了突出贡献，受到政府部门的肯定和社会各界的褒奖与好评。目前“世贸人才国际教育”已成为辽沈地区业内外熟知的教育培训机构，其作为教育培训中心的质量特色优势日益凸显。
       中心特聘50余名外国语专任教师，全部来自欧、亚、美各国，而且在其所在国有良好的学习和教学业绩。他们大多是十二年前中心成立之初就与中心签约任教的，既精通语言教学，有扎实的知识功底，又具有敬业精神和严谨的治学态度，深得师生敬佩。十二年间，这些热爱中国而又善于学习的“老外”，细心考察了解中国文化和中国教育，在外语教学中逐渐融入“中国元素”，有效克服了教学互动中的文化差异和心理障碍，不仅有效提高了教学和学习效果，而且加深了学生对语言文化背景的认识和领会，培养了学习兴趣。目前，中心已开设英、日、韩、俄、法、德、意、西、阿九门外语及对外汉语教学课程，所有课程均为全母语外教授课。十二年来，中心先后为松下、LG、SK、三星、华晨宝马、东软集团等上千家中外企业，以及外国驻沈机构、中方驻外机构培训外语人才6000余人。还有一大批大中学校学生经过中心培训跨越了语言障碍，走出了国门。同时中心从语言培训入手，不断拓展世贸的专业领域和发展空间，让更多学生接触与语言相关的文化科学等诸多专业领域，借助语言工具走向知识化专业化。十二年来，中心累计培养各语种、各专业领域人才8万余人，目前，我校在籍人数2000余人，每年为社会输送人才1万余人稳步发展。
       为使教育培训工作与各类社会需求接轨，世贸人才国际教育中心针对幼儿、青少年和成人层面的不同需求，把握智力开发、出国留学、选择职业和谋求新发展等多种学习动机，陆续开办了幼儿青少年系列课程，成人技能类课程等专业培训课程，还面向适合人群，举办了学历教育，职业技术教育和出国留学培训等层次培训课程，培训规模不断壮大。近年来，与多家全日制学校及高职院合作，举办了就业计算机、实务会计等与大学生就业保障相关的专业培训课程，努力探索与社会力量联办共赢的办学之路。
    世贸人才国际教育中心积极参加公益教育活动，在政府主办的大型涉外活动中担当重任。在沈阳市政府历年举办的“韩国周”活动中，中心作为政府承办单位，连续七年举办韩国语大赛，参赛人数累计达百万人。受市政府主管部门委托，在沈阳世园会开园和“沈阳日本周”开幕之际，中心还成功举办了世园会外语大赛和日语大赛，为提升沈阳的开放度和文明程度付出了积极努力。自2004年以来中心相继承办一年一度的沈阳市外语大赛，从最初的两千多人参赛发展到2013年的150余所大专院校及中小学学生共20余万人参赛，几届累计参赛选手达50余万人。由于参赛人员逐年增加，广大市民特别是青少年学外语、讲文明的积极性不断高涨，中心的教育公信力也得到认可。目前，中心已成功获得英国Pearson VUE、外研社新概念英语等级考试，国际内部审计师考试，澳大利亚注册会计师考试，国际财资管理师考试，Red Hat 授权考试，国家汉办等国内外权威机构的正式授权，成为众多机构在沈的报名、考试中心。同时，为东北大学、辽宁大学、沈阳工业大学、东北育才学校等150余所重点院校选派优秀外籍教师。
