职位描述：
职位概况Job Summary:
接受并处理客户订单，通知仓库发货；及时向德国总部订货补充库存，以保证及时满足国内的发货要求。
Receive order and proceed, inform warehouse to deliver; make order to headquarter in Germany to maintain the safety stock and ensure a timely delivery.
主要职责Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1）处理客户的询价，处理客户订单，订单输入 SAP 系统，检查交货期和库存状况、 发送分配报告，管理库存
Handle customers’inquiry, process customer orders, input orders to SAP System, check lead-time, and stock status, send allocation report, manage stock.
2）根据销售情况向总部下订单，维持国内库存量，以保证及时供货。
According to the sales situation, make orders to headquarter, to maintain the local safety stock and ensure the timely delivery.

3) 与财务部门配合完成预付款项的收集
Work with Finance team on advance payment collection
4) 处理客户退货 & 换货请求
Handle return & exchange request
5）处理客户投诉
Customer complaint handling

6）提供客户服务报告，例如客户服务水平报告、 回订单报告、 退货或换货报告
Provide customer service reports like customer service level, back orders, return/exchange
期望要求 Expected Areas of Competence:

Customer and results orientated, drive timely resolution of customer issues


教育背景和工作经验 Education/ Experience Requirements:
1）大专以上相关学历
College or above degree in supply chain, business administration, or international trade

2）至少3年客服或物流相关经验
3 years solid experience in customer service or logistic

3） 熟悉贸易型企业订单处理，交付，质量投诉处理和付款管理。
Familiar with the processes in a trading company, ranging from order processing, delivery and quality claim handling to payment management.

4） 熟练使用Office Excel办公软件, 会使用SAP系统的优先考虑
Proficient with Office Excel; Experience with SAP preferred.

5) 良好的英语或者德语书面及口语能力。
Good English or German language skill, both in written and oral. German preferred.
