Job Descriptions

· Communicate with sales and service and provide the solution for the customer's request on Font and Logo.

· Assist with sales and service and provide estimate for the font and logo quotation

· Create new font and modify existing fonts

· Digitize logos of Marking Machine and optimize the tool path.

· Master to use Laser Machine, Engraving Machine and Marking machine. And test the logo and fonts on these machines for Validation.

· Execute testing plans of Gravostyle or TypeEdit software for Quality Insurance. The test can be functional test and automatic test based on the environment like AutoIT.

· Program VBScript and JavaScript code for software Customization

· Based on existing template and files of Gravotouch, configure and design the customized user interface.

· With the help of TeamViewer or Skype, Report work to the French supervisor and discuss with him about the encountered issues.

· 与售后与销售沟通，了解客户的对字体和图标的具体需求，提出解决办法。

· 协助售后,为客户所需的字体和图标提供报价。

· 创建和修改软件字体文件

· 根据客户需求设计和优化图标文件

· 熟练使用激光机 雕刻机 和 打标机,测试所开发的字体或者图标

· 通过自动化测试或者功能测试，发现Gravosyle等软件的潜在问题

· 为客户定制软件，编写VBScript和JavaScript脚本.

· 基于现有的Gravotouch模板和文件，为客户定制用户界面

· 通过TeamViewer Skype等即使通信软件与法国的主管汇报报工作，讨论问题的解决办法

Job Requirements

· Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software and relevant is preferred.

· One year above similar working experience. Excellent graduate is also welcome.

· Good level in Computer literacy

· Good command in English speaking and writing

· Knowledge in Java is plus

· Able to work independently, team player

· Positive and good learning ability

· Patient and attentive.

· MS. will be preferred.
