Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for all admin and facility job.
2. Responsible for the ISO9001 &27001 audit
3. Car management and insurance issue
4. Handle Apartment rental issue, apartment contract, rental payment, follow up rental payment, get deposit back from landlord.
5. Responsible for Office layout charge & follow up, furniture and AC purchase and maintain, office rental contract, office decoration and renovation.
6. Do the management of Mobile phone& short number
7. Coordinate the Office Daily maintenance
8. Shuttle bus, safety guard, green plants related issues and canteen coordination with FFT
9. Responsible for Admin payment &cost control
10. Driver and cleaner management
11. Electricity, security and facility management
12. Other tasks assigned by the superior.

Qualifications:
1. Associate degree or above, more than 5 years experience in related field.
2. Be familiar with admin management function
3. Internal audit experience is a big plus
4. Being passionate with the Admin/Facility work and working initiative，teamwork.
5. Higher responsibility, careful working spirits.
6. Strong communication skills, with cautious and steady working styles.
7. Fluent in spoken and written English.
