Responsibilities:
Lead a sales team to manage overall daily retail shop operations;
Develop the overall strategies and initiative for daily shop operations and management;
Ensure sales target is achieved Ensure smooth execution of services taken places at shop and maintain the brand image at shop level;
Manage, motivate and provide supervision to staff at shop for excellent product presentation and customer service at all times;
Handle customers' enquiry on company and / or product information in professional quality.

Requirements:
Male and female applicable;
Degree holder in Management or related discipline Solid experience in retail operations and managerial position with successful track record, preferably gained from high end luxury retail industry Demonstrate a positive attitude toward customers and co-workers;
Be aggressive to achieve the sales target Pleasant personality, energetic, proactive, responsible and service oriented;
Strong communications and excellent customer service skills;
Proficient in computer skills;
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
