-Manage all activities to ensure compliance with Continental ESH requirement, local regulations and policies;
- Lead daily ESH inspection as necessary to promote the well-being of employees and prevent hazardous and/or unsafe work conditions;
- Manage and update ESH related documentation and records, includes regulation database, MSDS database, training record and inspection record etc.;
- Be responsible to draft and review the ESH related standard operation procedures;
- Be responsible to compile annual and monthly ESH report for both headquarters and authorities;
- Be involved in hazard and risk evaluation, and set up ESH measures and targets together with functions;
- Provide coaching & support to employees regarding ESH activities;
- Organize and implement internal audit and inspection of ESH management system and safety behavior;
- Organize, facilitate and provide ESH training to ensure employees develop the necessary ESH skills and knowledge to meet Continental and Local requirements;
- Propose, implement and follow up the ESH improvement following up action plan;
- Manage Occupational Health management and documentation;
- Continuously improve the process to investigate incidents; compile, analyze and disseminate incident information; identify and monitor implementation of corrective actions; be the owner of the incident/near-miss investigation procedures & processes;
- Direct audit activities, provides written reports of findings, takes necessary corrective measures, follow-up on implementation for internal audit and external audit;
- Carry out other ESH tasks assigned by ESH manager and HR manager;

- Bachelor degree or above majoring in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering or other safety & health fields.
- At least 2 years experience on ESH
- Familiar with ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 system setting up and maintenance.
- Must be proficient at analyzing problems and organizing activities.
- Sound understanding of health, safety and environmental issues within a manufacturing location
- Good communication skill with internal and external
- Good command of English.
