Support the development of HW electronics for Electronic Control Units
Work in collaboration with European team to deliver on time all the documentation to the plant.
Prepare the build of prototypes manufactured in the plant (components procurement,...).
Test and debug the controller before internal/customer delivery.
Modify the component values or more to adapt the controller to special customer demands.
Follow HW Tests and provide complementary tests in order to deliver a very quality level on the prototypes deliveries.
1. HW circuitry development ( HW module specification, design, simulation and testing) according to the CACC development process.
2. HW project scheduling and effort planning.
3. Harmonization of HW design according to the global HW platform concept, with Germany, Romania, Japan and Korea.
4. Define BOM, component conformance, future and actual specification.
5. FEA, FMEA analysis and countermeasure implementation
