Responsible:
一 负责公司各项行政事务的安排及执行（包括会议安排、邮件和固定的供给等）
Responsible for arranging and acting office daily work (including arrange meeting,receive e-mail and routing works )
二、 负责公司的档案管理及各类文件、资料的管理工作
Build up file achieve and material management
三、 辅助财务的基本工作，懂基础财务知识
Assist to accountant,have basic knowledge of accounting
四、 员工考勤、办公用品等管理
Staff attendance sheet and stationery management
五、负责公司日常卫生环境管理
Office cleaning management
六、完成上级领导交给的其它事务性工作
Other works that be appointed
任职要求：
Requirements:
1、经济管理、文秘等相关专业大专以上学历
Diploma or above in Economy ,secretary and relative courses
2、具备一定的行政管理知识
Have basic knowledge of management
3、工作细致、认真、有责任心，较强的文字撰写能力，较强的沟通协调以及语言表达能力
Working carefully,seriously and conscientiously,has strong article composing ability,with good coordinate skills and communicate skills
4、熟练使用office办公软件及自动化设备，具备基本的网络知识
Be skillful at office software
5、女性，沈阳户口
Female,permanent residential in Shenyang
6、有会计上岗证
Accounting working license is required
7、应届毕业生优先
2014 gradated is preferred
