Job Responsibilities:

1.Customer complaint handling:Complaint from customer resolve,8D or other analysis report feedback on time,coordinate with team to take short term and long term action and customer visit termly
2.Field technician management:Provide sufficient training,personal arrangement to all technician and make assessment.
3.On time report:Customer scorecard ,External PPM,PD cost summary,Sorting cost summary and customer quality visit report

Qualifications:

-Bachelor degree, engineering major related
-At least 2 years working experience in customer quality handling
-Skilful of TS16949 and 5 core quality tools
-Proficient English in both speaking and writting
-Background in manufactory industry
-Professional knowledge including quality control, problem analysis, manufacturing process and cost analysis
-Good communication and team work spirit, outstanding independent problem solving ability
-Strong desire for achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, process/product quality & reliability, and strong sense of team work
