职位描述
- Guarantee Continental flawless launch related to any topic of components delivered by external supplier
- Supplier feasibility committment, APQP supplier activities, supplier safe launch plan implementation related to the components of assigned projects
- SQM member of project team from quotation phase until project targets of the manufacturing location(s) are achieved (Gate 90)
Quality System
- Collect lessons learned from similar products to be used during the supplier component review, feasibility committment, APQP phases and safe launch.
- Pursuing Lessons Learned within SQM plant, SQM BU, INJ Q related to the topics of the project
Project Management
- Regulary review of SCR, APQP, R@R, PPAP, supplier 8D status from SQM towards project team
- Provide monthly report to project tracking tool ePSR
Definition and application of sourcing and supplier development activities for the assigned projects following PLC and SQM processes until Gate 90
- Ensure Maturity Evaluation availability and updates from project team towards SQM plant.
- Ensure Supplier Component Review execution.
- Identify gaps in supplier panel and feedback to SQM Category.
- Support in-time sourcing to guarantee Sourcing Decision signature according signature rules.
- Guarantee the nomination of the SQM responsible for each new component.
- Inititate corrective actions in case the project schedule can't be met.
- Escalation in case quality requirements of components or component introduction schedule can't be met
- Guarantee in-time releases of new components.
Active participation to risk management, safe launch readiness reviews, milestone project reviews
Serial Production
- Track the results of safe launch concept and initiate corrective actions, if needed
- Evaluate supplier performance and contribute to worst 5 supplier identification
- Project escalation in case quality requirements of components are not met during ramp-up phase (till Gate 90)
- Manage changes between project team and suppliers during ramp-up phase (till Gate90)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (Minimum)
Professional Experience
· Minimum 5 years quality development experiences in automobile industry
· Quality tools - FMEA, DOE, MCA, pPCA, 8D, POKE YOKE.
· Good knowledge of quality system standards VDA6.3, ISO/TS16949.
· . Product knowledge ( Injectors & fuel rail assembly )
· Communicative and leadership experience
Project and/or Process Experience
· Experience in quality management and project management
· Experience in supplier relationships
Leadership Experience
· Good problem solving skill, leadership.
· Strong communication and negotiation skill.
Intercultural Experience
Various company culture or have working experience in JV of the international company
