职位描述
- Development and production launch that will allow to have a flawless production and to meet customer quality expectations
- Responsible to arrange that all quality related and safety aspects during the development & launch process are covered (internal, supplier and customer) as described in the corresponding development procedure in cooperation with the PM. In case of deviations make sure the appropriate corrective actions are taken.
- Pursuing that the required methods in a project are implemented according to Project Plan/Quality Plan, which includes Quality Gates, APQP, Launch Readiness, Knowledge Management.
Quality System
Continous checking for adherence to PLC process until Gate 90
Pursuing (i.e. requesting, supporting, tracking) the application of procedures, quality methods & tools related to project needs.
Continous quality reporting which must contain the implementation status of measures and results according to Quality Plan and status of correction measures in case of deviations to meet planned targets
- Collect Lessons Learned of assigned project and verify if they are published
- Verify applicability of lessons learned from other projects
- Development and maintenance of the Quality Plan following the requirements of PLC process with the target to assure flawless production launch for the assigned projects .
- Definition of project quality targets (including warranty agreement).
-Moderator of milestone project reviews
- Controlling of project specific quality actions according to Quality Plan
- Identification and tracking of quality-related findings before they affect external customers.
- Set-up and tracking the measurement equipments used off-line. Release MSA of all measurement equipments used for production
Project Management
- Release of Control Plan, product design and delivery, product changes, product deviations, Safe Launch Plan, LSR audits.
- Moderator and release of risk management, safe launch readiness reviews
- Support PM for the organization of milestone reviews and gate release
-Responsible to arrange that all quality related and safety aspects during the development & launch process are covered (internal, supplier and customer) as described in the corresponding procedures in cooperation with the PM
- Review of all D/P-FMEA risks and actions to reduce high Risk Priority Number (RPN)
- Promoting identification of D/P-FMEA risks and actions to reduce high Risk Priority Number (RPN)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (Minimum)
Professional Experience
·Minimum 3 years quality development experiences in automobile industry
·Quality tools - FMEA, DOE, MCA, pPCA, 8D, POKE YOKE.
·Good knowledge of quality system standards VDA6.3, ISO/TS16949.
·Familiar with control plan and PPAP and manufacturing process etc
. Product knowledge ( Injectors & fuel rail assembly )
·Well know Internal Combustion Engine is preferred.
Project and/or Process Experience
· Well customer communication skill & report method.
· Familiar with project management & change management
Intercultural Experience
Various company culture or have working experience in JV of the international company
Technical Product, Testing and Manufacturing process knowledge Advanced
