Job duties:
1. Responsible for the image of Hastens brand and advertisement and promotions of the product in order to improve the company’s performance.
2. Makes annual marketing and promotion plans according to the company’s annual sales budget.
3. Organizes marketing events based on different seasons and vacations. Arranges and executes product promotion and marketing events.
4. Organizes market research programs occasionally. Analyses sales environment and competitors. Provides the company with reliable data and information for strategies and market plans.
5. Communicates and maintains relationships with news agencies, media and advertisement companies, newspapers and magazines etc. to ensure accomplishing tasks successfully.
6. Analyses the efficiencies of past marketing events and reports to the company and other departments periodically.

Job requirements:
1. Passionate in high-end furnishing and luxury goods industry and will build and maintain the high-end image of Hastens with best efforts.
2. 3-year or above sales experience in home decorating and furnishing, real estate or luxury goods. Applicants with sales experience in international furnishing brands take priority.
3. Familiar with marketing and promotion methods and is able to lead the sales team to accomplish all promotion events.
4. Patient. Has strong market development skills and the ability of working under stress.
5. Bachelor degree or above. Fluent in English. Applicants with experience of studying or working abroad take priority.

Salary & Benefits:
1. Basic salary + sales commission + bonus. (Above average in furnishing industry.)
2. Company will pay for staff’s social security according to government laws and local policies.
3. Good training and assessing system. Hastens is one of the top global brands in furnishing, thus the company will arrange both domestic and international trainings for our employees annually.
