Job duties:
1. Develops and maintains Hastens target customers.
2. Develops high-end luxury residential sites customers to achieve sales.
3. Develops relationships with high-end design studios, interior designing companies and high-end designers.
4. Establishes and maintains VIP customer data base. Revisit previous customers for the opportunity of repurchase.
5. Completes sales targets set by the company.
6. Manages the sales team.

Job requirements:
1. Has extensive social relationships and related resources and is able to make achievements soon after employed.
2. 3-year or above sales experience in home decorating and furnishing, real estate or luxury goods; 2-year or above experience in team management. Applicants with sales experience in international furnishing brands take priority.
3. Outgoing. Has good communication skills, and abilities to complete sales.
4. Patient. Has strong market development skills and the ability of working under stress.
5. Bachelor degree or above. Fluent in English. Applicants with experience of studying or working abroad take priority.

Salary & Benefits:
4. Basic salary + sales commission + bonus. (Above average in furnishing industry.)
5. Company will pay for staff’s social security according to government laws and local policies.
6. Good training and assessing system. Hastens is one of the top global brands in furnishing, thus the company will arrange both domestic and international trainings for our employees annually.     手工和质量是如今依然秉承手工制作和天然选材的Hastens (海丝腾) 床具的重心。Hastens (海丝腾)是在所有床具生产商当中被授予室内外环保的瑞典天鹅生态纺织标签、 ko-Tex生态纺织认证和瑞典全标准M belfakta 认证的唯一生产商。Hastens (海丝腾) 床具，无论是宫廷还是民间，都深受喜爱，并从1952年开始，成为被尊敬的瑞典国王卡尔十六世古斯塔夫古斯塔夫钦定的皇家供应商。
