Job Summary

Utilizing IE method and continuous improvement skill, to simplify and standardize production and work, reduce cost and increase the utilization rate of people, machines and materials.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. To evaluate standard working hours and capacity of product and draft/renew staff norm;

2. To cooperate production planner to draft ramp-up plan;

3. To cooperate project team to draw up production line layout and logistics route planning for plant;

4. To provide planned and actual working hours quota of MP product;

5. To check and approve the improvement proposal on working hours and update standard working hours after process changed;

6. To improve and optimize the current manufacturing flow and process;

7. To provide logistics optimization and small-scale layout modification plan for production site;

8. To supply basic IE knowledge training.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. Above bachelor degree with major in industrial engineering or related;

2. Good English in oral and written;

3. More than 3 years IE working experience in auto industry and being familiar with stamping and welding assembly process would be better;

4. Good communication and organization skill.
