Sales Activities:
? Be in first and close contact with key accounts, introduce our solutions for their applications, analysis to identify customer needs; promote products to customers based on their enquiries and requirements to drive for business winning.
? New technology and new products promotion, to enlarge our market share; Support customer engineering inquiries/samples, early involve for new projects;
? Maintain the internal communication with global account team, to ensure the global strategy & be aware of customer activities in global base, use global resources to service customer and bid for new projects;
? Follow through goods delivery with customer service coordinator; and coordinate with Product Engineer and Quality Assurance in resolving products usage and quality issues in order to maintain customer satisfaction.
? Annual selling price negotiation with key accounts. Convince customers to accept contract trade terms, pricing to achieve sales/profit targets and increase market share

Marketing Activities:
? Maintain general market awareness; gather customers and competitors' information; learn and study market trends; and prepare reports in order to increase market share and develop expansion plan.
? Customer Relationship Development and Maintenance
? Create and maintain relationship with existing and new customers; coordinate communications between customer and internal departments in order to maintain customer satisfaction and develop new sales.

Requirements:

? Electronic engineering background is a preferred
? Above 3~5 years working experience, preferred in automotive related industry.
? Communication and influencing skills, integrity, self-motivation, sense of responsibility, proactive, learning capabilities.
? Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
? Good English capability both in oral and writing.
? Be willing to travel frequently
