Corporate Division Import & Export
Division, located in Shenyang/China
Employment – full time

Tasks

- Smooth equipment import process within a reasonable lead-time and conduct the duty exemption for the qualified equipment

- Interpret the national policies and regulations of duty exemption in equipment import and coordinate with related external and internal parties to fulfill the best cost solution for the company

Key Responsibilities

- To coordinate equipment sea freight and railway import and export activities

- To prepare the Customs Clearance documents and conduct the Customs clearance process of the imported equipment

- To prepare the Duty exemption documents and conducts the duty exemption process at local Customs

- To study and interpret related policies and regulations of duty exemption and provide training to other colleagues

- To support the other colleagues on duty exemption process

- To act as the main window person to business departments, project team and local Customs for the duty exemption process

- To maintain friendly working relationship with internal and external partners

- To monitor the logistics cost occurred during the import and export business

- Equipment import and duty exemption statistics and report

- Process optimization

Qualifications

- University degree

- Knowledge of import and export business, logistics business

- Knowledge of automotive industry

- Supply chain or manufacturing knowledge

- Communication skills

- Skilled application in MS office software

- Proficient English

- Background in import and export business, 4-6 years

- Experience in equipment Import, especially in duty exemption is preferred, 1-3 years

- Experience with automotive industry preferred, 1-3 years
