Responsibilities
岗位职责
Fulfils all kinds of recruitment needs, e.g. experienced/intern hires, campus recruitment, etc., with speed and quality 又快又好地满足各种招聘需求,如招聘有工作经验的/实习生,校园招聘等

Makes sure that all recruitment activities are in compliance with policies and profit plan;
确保所有招聘活动符合政策和利润计划

Identifies innovative candidate sourcing and selection ways发现人才寻找和选拔的创新方式

Works with hiring managers and C&B colleagues to prepare offer proposals and ensures all necessary pre-employment paperwork and documents are completed
与用人部门经理和薪资福利同事合作,准备聘用提案,确保完成所有必要的聘前文书和文件
Assists selecting appropriate recruitment vendors, e.g. job boards, recruitment agencies, campus solution providers, assessment agencies, etc.; manages and develops their performance, to improve overall recruitment efficiency, strengthen the employer brand and reduce cost
协助选择适当的招聘供应商,如招聘网站、招聘公司、校园解决方案提供商、评估机构等,管理和发展其绩效,全面提高招聘效率,推广企业品牌和降低成本

Training Course/Program培训课程及项目
Be responsible for conducting basic training courses especially soft skill training courses. Support training programs roll-out.
负责开展基础培训课程,尤其是软件技巧培训课程, 支持培训项目的实施
Training Process Implementation培训流程实施
Identifies the training needs and evaluates training effectiveness of all employees at all levels
确定培训需求,评估各级所有员工的培训效果

Selects and prepares of appropriate instructional materials and external training resources
筛选和准备合适的指导材料和外部培训资源

Maintains employee training records and prepare statistical reports as directed
保管员工培训记录,并按要求准备统计报告

Monitors/updates training requirements and performs follow up classes as required
按要求监控/更新培训要求,开展后续课程
Other HR work其他HR相关工作
Competency Requirements (能力要求)
· Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred.
本科或以上学历,人力资源、商务或相关专业优先。
· State/Local labor laws & regulations 国家/地方劳动法律法规
· Computer operations, e.g. MS Office 良好Office软件使用技巧
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills 优秀沟通技巧
· Fluent english 英语熟练
