岗位职责
1、中层管理职位，负责其功能领域内主要目标和计划，制定、指导或协助上层执行相关的政策和制度；
2、负责部门的日常管理工作及部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估；
3、审核各部门提交的发文文稿及总裁办对部门、各事业部所发的各类文件；
4、综合调研、收集与企业相关的政策法规和信息；
5、接待公司来宾，安排及组织公司的重要会议，制定会议议程，整理会议决议；
6、根据决策层的要求及相关会议纪要，对各部门的工作进行协调及督办，确保公司各项工作的有效落实；
7、负责公司外联及各项活动的组织；
8、负责公司车辆、办公信息系统、固定资产、办公用品、证照和印鉴的管理等工作；
9、全面负责办公室的日常管理，贯彻落实岗位责任制和工作标准。

任职资格
1、行政管理、企业管理、工商管理等相关专业本科以上学历；
2、三年以上同岗位工作经验；
3、熟悉现代化企业的系统化运作和管理，熟悉企业行政管理知识，熟悉公司法律事务处理程序；
4、具有较强的亲和力，优秀的人际沟通、协调、组织、管理能力；
5、稳重、踏实、勤勉、敬业，具有优秀的分析问题、解决问题能力，及良好的外联、公关能力。
