基本职责：
1.严格遵守OTIS全球安全规定，执行公司环境、健康与安全政策，在个人职责范围内对每项事故、险兆有效防范；
2.根据终检规范负责电扶梯终检，并出具整改单和终检分（包括调试质量分）；
3.负责质量问题的反馈：向工地支持部反馈产品质量问题，向监督反馈用户造成整改问题，向管理层上报重大遗留问题；
4.对未终检一次通过的电梯进行复检，直至分包商整改完成；
5.出具《终检结果报告》；
6.准确填写终检工时单；
7.工地安装质量和安全检查（有记录），熟悉安装工艺且能够辅导他人；
8.工地现场AMT和FTB单的确认和跟踪；
9.CI整改物料的收发、跟踪及反馈，FPA工地整改的跟踪和确认；
10.分公司安装的质量和安全培训；
11.完成领导安排的其它工作。
任职资格：
1.电梯、扶梯安装、服务现场管理工作2年以上工作经验；
2.掌握电/扶梯安装终检规范及国家安装验收标准；
3.掌握电梯制造与安装规范；
4.具备良好的协调能力。
