基本职责：
1. 通过规范的检查监督来保障和提升服务工地的质量和安全；
2. 对服务工地安全进行全面指导、监控和检查跟踪，以工地安全、服务等多方面的综合性评估，对违章、违规及不合理操作时按公司制定政策进行考核及处罚；
3. 根据服务稽查规范负责服务工地的稽查，并出具稽查报告，跟踪稽查问题的整改情况；
4. 完成领导安排的其它工作。
