MAIN ACTIVITIES

· Manage all financial and operational accounting activities including monthly closings, AP/AR, payroll, cash management, cost accounting, budgeting, audits, etc.
· Leads the business planning process of the plant (budget including Capex). Control expenditures according to the approved F&C budget
· Build up finance team to serve for the business, and develop employees and maintain employees work with high morale and high quality.
· Ensure the all PL and BS targets are achieved by liaison with all related departments: purchasing, logistic and Sales.
· Prepare the plant management report, for the plant review meeting with Business Group Asia, on a monthly basis;
· Optimization of working capital and cash flow in line with target
· Deal with all tax related issues
· Be responsible for cost and Operating expense analysis for better control total cost;
· Be liaison with banks, tax bureau, as well as other government agencies to ensure business is done in a legal and good environment;
· Support GM to oversee compliance and risk management within all operations, ensure internal controls, corporate policies and procedures are satisfied in order to safeguard corporate assets and ensure integrity of financials;
· Take lead to successfully implement ERP system, for all financial modules as well as production, logistic and purchasing. Standard cost system is being used;
· Implement finance/ controlling management system procedures. Take lead of the plant team to pass both internal audits and external financial audits;
· Communicate operating and financial results with management team and support their efforts to improve the business;
· Ensure and maintain consistent and timely monthly financial closing. Send financial reporting package and rolling forecast to BG Asia according to Autoneum Finance Manual and Group reporting schedule.
· Manages interest and currency risks in co-ordination with GPTR. Supports the business risk management in co-operation with BGASIA EC members and business group controllers


JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Major: Finance and accounting business administration　
· CPA /ACCA/ CIA is preferred
· Strong leadership skills
· Deep knowledge of financial and economic management tools used by a Company.
· Deep knowledge of controlling tools and activities.
· Deep knowledge of the banking and tax system.
· Good communicator with strong inter -person skill in a multinational environment.
· Good knowledge in electronic accountancy and production management.
· English: Fluently read, written and spoken.
· At least 5 years experiences in a similar position of manufacture industry.
