Job Description:
Assisting legal department with; archiving, Document Photocopy, printing;
Express delivery;
Meeting arrangement;
Filing Contracts and other Legal Documents
Negotiation, reporting on pending issues' of the draft contracts to the high management, following the signing and chopping of Lease contracts
Coordinating with other departments and the Senior Lawyer to deal with Lease contracts related legal issues or disputes, and assisting Head of Legal Department to follow up with other legal issues.
Requirement:
1. Degree holder in Law
2. 2 years relevant working experience in law or related field;
3. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
4. Energetic, independent, proactive,
5. Able to work under pressure and independently
