职位描述
岗位职责：
负责商场内空调、给排水系统运行维护、设备设施维护计划提报与实施、所辖系统设备设施的验收与整改以及设备机房建设。
要求：
- 男性，45周岁以下，沈阳市内户口；
- 暖通类相关专业；
- 从事暖通空调或给排水专业管理工作5年以上，商场工作10年以上，具有中级工程师以上职称；
- 掌握空调系统和给排水系统的相关理论知识。了解暖通空调设备设施维护保养等内容，具备独立解决设备设施运行的技术问题的能力；
- 精通CAD、能数量使用office等办公软件；
- 具有一定的管理能力
