职位描述
一、岗位职责
1.负责来访客户的接待工作，包括为客户让座、倒水、咨询客户来访意图；
2.收发传真，复印文档，收发信件、报刊、文件等；
3.负责订水、订报，信件、包裹的安排及与快递公司的联系；
4.公司电脑、打印机、传真机等文印设备如出现故障，及时通知维修人员或供货商修复，确保设备正常使用；
5.负责公司前台的卫生清理及桌面摆放，并保持整洁干净；
6.公司员工外出，负责安排填写《员工外出登记表》；
7.负责公司各类网站及微博的维护工作；
8.完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。
二、任职资格
1.形象气质佳，谈吐大方得体，普通话标准；
2.熟悉电话、接待的礼仪；
3.熟练使用各种办公自动化设备和软件；
4.工作热情积极、细致耐心，具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力；
基本薪资：底薪+双休+五险一金
其他福利：
1．为员工提供养老、医疗、失业等国家规定的社会保险；
2．为员工提供良好系统的培训机会，关注每个成员能力的提升。
