岗位职责：

1、在公司质量方针指导下，全面负责公司新产品与新技术的研究与开发工作，参与解决公司生产和技术方面的重大疑难问题；

2、根据公司总体规划和生产需要提出开发立项并组织人员进行新产品的可行性论证，撰写可行性报告，并提交领导决策；

3、组织设备小组对设备进行验收工作，交整套工艺性文件，指导、帮助生产系统人员掌握新产品的生产工艺；

4、参与公司产品的持续改进工作，批准立项，成果的评估并负责制定、完善与审核本部门的规章制度与工作流程；

5、监督、管理、指导本部门下属以及各岗位员工的日常工作并提出改进方法；

任职资格：

1、男，50岁以下，大专以上学历；

2、相关机械类行业5年以上该岗位实际工作经验；

3、有较强的分析解决问题的能力和良好的团队协作精神；

4、强烈的责任心与开拓创新精神，认真负责严谨细致；

5、家住皇姑区、沈北新区的优先考虑；从事过电梯行业相关经验的优先考虑；
