Job Duties:
- Assist General Manager in all daily business activities.
- Assist in project management by organizing tasks and doing regular follow-ups
- Filing of documents and set up proper records and systems for the office.
- Assist in providing secretarial and administration support which includes making arrangements for appointments, travel, etc.
- Documents translation
- Other job responsibilities assigned by General Manager

-协助项目管理通过组织工作任务，跟进日常指令如文件归档；为办公室建立适当系统的规定和记录等。
-协助提供秘书、行政方面的支持，包括会议、行程安排等。
-文件翻译
-总经理布置的其他任务。
Job Requirements:
- College or university degree, professional, at least over 3 years relevant experience as an Administration Assistant, preferable for the working experience with foreign invested company
- Good command of verbal and written English,
- Efficient computer skills, e. g. MS office
- Good communication skills & interpersonal skills
- Independent to handle the job on timely manner
- Be meticulous, highly organized and have lots of initiative
- High sense of responsibility, hardworking, honest, comprehensive and pleasant
工作要求：
-大专以上学历，三年以上行政助理相关工作经验，有外企工作经验者优先考虑。
-英语口语和书面应用熟练。
-计算机应用熟练， 如微软办公软件等。
-良好的沟通能力和人际交往能力。
-能及时独立地处理工作上的问题。
-工作细致，有条理，主动性高。
-高度责任感，工作勤奋努力，认真诚实，考虑问题全面并且热爱自己的工作。
