职位描述
Job Duty:
-Make marketing department's annual, quarterly, and monthly plan, including activities, media and advertisments.
-Make marketing department's annual, quarterly, and monthly budget.
-Planning and effective implementation of various marketing activities, including public relations and sales promotion.
-Daily update and maintenance of the project website.
-Daily management work of marketing department.
工作职责：
- 制定市场部年度、季度及月度计划，包括活动、媒体及广告；
- 制定市场部年度、季度及月度预算；
- 策划并有效实施各类营销活动，包括公关与促销活动；
- 项目网站日常更新与维护；
- 市场部日常工作的管理。
Job requriement:
-Bachelor degree or above.
-Related working experience in a commercial real estate and also a rich experience of marketing.
-Good skills of english reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
-Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDraw and other design softeware is preferred.
