Coordinate and support Expatriate Management to finish expatriate affairs.

Coordinate and support Admin Assistant to provide the PPE & stationary

Coordinate and support Admin Assistant to arrange shuttle bus and work meal

Coordinate and support Admin Assistant to arrange the cleaner and security’s daily work.

Coordinate and support GM secretary to control all the company car

Support all the staff to finish the documents which HR need

To deliver the company notice, rules and regulations to employee

Responsible for developing the required reports;

Requirement:

3 years or above working experiences in HR or foreign affairs related work;

Outstanding listening, speaking, reading and writing skills

Proficiency in MS Office software.

In-depth knowledge in local labor law

Be familiar with daily HR process
