主要职责：

--负责管理并完善中心的教学管理体系；

--负责对学习顾问的教学培训；

--负责管理、指导学习顾问的教学及服务工作；

--负责外教的入职培训；

--负责协调中心的中教和外教的工作；

--负责接待和处理学员的意见、投诉。

任职要求：

--年龄40岁以下；

--具有3年以上同行业，同岗位实际管理工作经历；

--具有良好的团队管理能力，有培训带教能力；

--具有先进的管理理念及管理风格，熟悉高端英语的少儿教学管理；

--对市场消费动态具有敏锐的洞察和分析力；

--对少儿英语各类教案教材非常熟悉，具有一定的编写能力；

--为人正直、诚信，正面积极、愿意接受挑战，具有强烈的事业心和使命感；

--优秀的英语语言能力及计算机能力；

--能承受工作压力。
