职位描述
公司：某德资汽车零部件生产企业
职位：维修工程师-电气
主要职责：
1. Perform routine inspection and maintenance of electrical equipments;
执行电子电器设备的日常检查、维护、维修；
2. Repair or coordinate to repair defective machinery and equipment;
对机器设备进行维修或协调维修事宜；
3. Respond to emergency situations, define and resolve engineering problems;
对紧急状况及时反应、发现问题并解决问题；
4. Develop maintenance procedures to reduce outage time,streamline activities caused by equipment breakdown and reduce maintenance costs;
建立及执行维修维护程序以减少由于设备故障造成的停产等问题，合理降低维修维护成本；
5. Keep up-to-date documentation on repair & maintenance procedures and issues;
及时更新并保管维修维护记录；
6. Be responsible for testing, adjustment & inspection of new machinery &
equipment;
调试新设备，验收等
7. Responsible for Siemens PLC program’s correction, programming and optimization.
负责西门子PLC程序的纠错，编程及优化；
8. Other tasks assigned;
公司安排的其他工作
资质要求：
1. College and above, electrical engineering, automation, or electromechanical integration;
大专以上学历，电器工程、自动化、机电一体化等专业毕业；
2. At least 3 years related maintaince experience,in manfacture industry (forging industry is preferable)
三年以上相关维修维护经验，制造行业经验（锻造行业优先考虑）；
3. Experience in maintenance of manufacturing equipments, good command of automation technology, especially in the operating and programming principles of a Programmable Logic Controller （Siemens S7, and WinCC）,and PC，experiences in mechanics and hydraulics is preferable;
具备一定的设备维修维护经验，熟练掌握自动化相关知识，特别是操作及使用PLC（西门子S7和WinCC);PC等技术，具备机械、液压等经验尤佳；
4. Hold electrical permit and the high and low voltage operation certificate (annual passes)
持电工证和高低压操作证（年审合格）
5. Aged from 27 to 40, high willingness and ability to learn, command of English or German is preferable.
年龄27-40岁，强烈的学习意愿与良好的学习能力,牚握英语及德语者优先考虑。
