职责与任务 Responsibilities and tasks

与IT 设备及远程通讯系统供应商保持联系

Keeps in touch with the suppliers of IT and telecommunication equipments;

执行日常系统监控，验证所有硬件，服务器，关键程序的完整性和可用性的验证

 Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, 'systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of   scheduled jobs such as backups

根据要求创建，修改和删除帐户

Create, change, and delete user accounts per request

保证对生产领域和所有涉及到生产流程部门的技术支持

Ensure technic support for production area and for departments involved in the production process

调查并解决问题

Investigate and troubleshoot issues

根据标准配置工作站（端子，电脑）并保证安全

Configuration of work stations (terminals, computers) according with the standards and secure them

维修软件并备份超声波机器

Maintenance of the software and backup for Ultrasonic Machines

设置用户对操作系统的权限和根据内部规则进入内部网文件的权限

Set up user rights for operating systems and acces to folders on the internal network acoording with internal rules

培训公司职员使用电话和IT 系统

Train company employees in using telephone and IT system

定期进行安全检测识别任何可能的入侵并报告IT 系统，电话和公司设备的违反使用

Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions and report breaches in  using IT system, telephones and equipment in the company;

维护服务器和工作站硬件，诊断并维修网络系统

Maintenance of server and workstation hardware, diagnostics and repair network system

保持工作站和IT 设备的良好运行（重新安装，更换零件）

Keeping in good running conditions the workstations and IT equipment (reinstallation, replacement of parts)

备份基础设施和紧急情况的修复计划

Backup infrastructure and apply disaster recovery plans

当遇到的问题超过自己的解决能力范围时应立即报告上级。

Informs his direct superior whenever there occur problems that exceed his personal solving competence;

上级交办的其他任务；

Other job responsibilities assigned by the superior

工作保护和紧急情况的任务 Tasks regarding work protection and emergency situations 

了解并遵守公司关于环境、安全与健康的特定指示；

Understand and comply with company specific instructions about environment, safety and health.

了解并遵守公司紧急计划；

Understand and comply with the emergency plan of company.

协助控制预防火灾方面的工作。

Assist to control the fire prevention efforts.

 工作能力Job competences 

a)专业教育 Professional education

大专以上学历，计算机信息技术相关专业优先；

College degree or above,IT background is preferred

b)专业经验 Professional experience 

半年以上IT相关工作经验；

Half of one years or above related technique working experience in factory.

c)知识 Knowledge 

良好的英语表达能力

Good English in speaking & writing

熟练使用办公自动化软件；

Skilled use of office automation software.

了解Windows，SQL,Network

Knowledge of Windows system,SQL,Network

d)能力 Abilities

良好的沟通能力；

Good communication ability 

分析和解决问题的能力；

Ability to analyze and solve problems.

良好的质量意识和风险意识；

Good consciousness of quality and risk

抗压能力。

Work under pressure.
