Responsibility:

The incumbent will partner with Function China team to provide full scope of HR support.

Around 280 FTE in G. China

• Drive and implement major HR process, such as talent acquisition, promotion, performance management, C&B, etc.;

• Influence and coach all levels managers by providing professional insights and solutions;

• Employee communication and engagement;

• Support biz in talent review and succession plan;

• Work closely with Function teams to identify opportunity for organization/talent development and provide workable solution;

• Other jobs assigned by supervisor.

Requirement:

• At least 8 years work experience in HR function and 2 years in HRBP role;

• Familiar with China labor law and local policy;

• Able to work in a matric organization and strong customer focus;

• Strong interpersonal and influence skill;

• Can do attitude;

• Fluent English both in speaking and writing.
