职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、从事LOGO、VI视觉形象等相关平面设计及会议活动相关宣传品设计；
2、参与项目创意策划会、准确把握市场需求及项目意图，明确设计定位和风格；
3、独立完成设计工作、良好的沟通能力；
4、把控自己所设计作品的质量和时间进度，满足项目进程，工作能够保质保量顺利完成；
5、完成领导安排的其他设计类工作。
任职要求：
1、25-33岁，大专以上学历、美术、平面设计、广告等相关专业
2、三年以上同岗位工作经验，有医疗、医疗美容、口腔行业、汽车、航空领域经验者优先；具有品牌活动创意设计工作经验、UI，海报设计，有原创成熟设计作品
3、有深厚的美术功底，具有较强的审美和创意设计能力，整体布局能力和色彩感好，能清楚地表达设计理念，思维活跃，见地独到，设计技巧娴熟，具有良好的设计理念
4、精通AI,PS等图形软件，对图形、图像、自体、颜色等设计元素具有敏感的掌控力
5、思维活跃，能够评估每个想法的可行性，并有效表达出来
6、学习力强，能承受工作压力，富有责任心，具有团队合作精神
