职位描述：
1.作为注塑方面的专家，完成相关人员对工艺的培训，并保证工厂内部技术技能的展开和更新
2.完成现有产品/工艺的生产效率
-管理技术数据库，定义生产标准
-参加系列工艺的调试并将其优化
-从技术上参与工艺和工作岗位，以便完成技术改进工作
-保证生产设备的可靠性，以便改进现有手段的质量、安全等
-对生产中的工艺方法革新技术建议，以便达到提高生产效率、改进质量或安全、减少等待时间的目标
-和外部服务商协商，并对现场使用的检验设备和有效方法进行认可
-使用计时分析，红/绿方法和SMED以便优化工艺
-从技术上解决问题以便消除“质量壁垒”
-研究质量问题的原因并提出解决办法
-保证工位遵守人体工厂学的规定
3.完成工厂增加新的产品/工艺的工作
-参加产品/工艺AMDEC评估
-编制工艺调整卡（参数）和相关的文件
-完成特殊设备运行所需要的程序
-参加生产准备并跟踪新产品
4.保证工厂产品/工艺的所用修改
-检查提供的数据是否完整，否则，联系客户以便获取缺少的数据
-发现适当的供应商，如果修改在外部进行，并和供应商商谈完成修改的***条件
-组织进行修改的方法，如果可以在内部完成修改管理
职位要求：

- 了解生产工艺技能
- 了解注塑产品/过程或喷漆/装饰或组装或纺织或焊接
- 懂得财务/经济初步知识
- 5年以上工作经验
