Description

Reporting to General Ledger Supervisor, the job holder will be responsible for AP (account payable) control, Monthly report on AP, MPV (material price variance) analysis, BOM (bill of materials) analysis and prepare AP reconciliation report.

Responsibilities

? Responsible for supplier invoices audit to ensure their validity and rationality
? Ensure correct payment to suppliers in a timely manner
? Strictly control receiving and storing of raw materials in warehouse, in charge of AP ledger, prepare AP aging reports, reconcile Chinese ledger with US ledger
? Accrue inventories, finish monthly closing on time at the end of each month
? Responsible for low-value consumable inventories and analyze the reasons of inventory changes

Requirements

? Bachelor degree or above, in financial or relative major
? At least 3 years of relevant experience in foreign company, good experience in inventory control & costing function or AP is preferred
? Good command of written and spoken English
? Good in Microsoft Excel and other office software
? A good team player with strong communication and coordination skills
? Good working attitude with a high standard of honesty and integrity

? 负责审核并确认供应商开具发票的正确性和合理性
? 保证供应商付款的及时性和正确性。
? 严格控制材料的入库管理,负责公司应付帐，月末编制账龄分析表，保证中方账和美方账相符
? 月末对未收到发票货物进行暂估，按时完成结账
? 负责低值易耗品库存，分析低值易耗品库存变动原因。

职位要求

? 本科及以上学历， 财务或相关专业
? 至少3年以上外资企业相关工作经验.有库存控制和成本方面或应付账款方面经验者优先
? 良好的英语听说读写能力
? 良好的电脑办公软件操作能力
? 良好的团队合作精神和较强的沟通协调能力，正直诚恳的工作态度 举报 分享
