Position Summary职位概述

1. Supervise each shift security operations, ensuring adequate patrol patterns and frequencies are maintained to ensure the security of guests and Team Members.
指导监督各班的运作，确定保卫巡视的正确执行，确保对客人和同事实施安全保卫工作。
2. Familiar with and checking hotel fire equipments、fire evacuation passages.
全面熟悉并检查酒店各消防设施、消防通道、出入口。
3. Ensure prompt reporting of maintenance issues to Engineering department by security guards as they record them during their patrols.
确保保安员将巡视记录中的维修问题及时报告给工程部。
4. Familiar with each department work procedures、security knowledge、emergency procedures、ensure each position professional knowledge and work standards.
熟悉各部门工作程序、安全知识、紧急程序、监督检查与落实并指导各岗位警卫的专业知识及工作水准。
5. Convey and carry out department work arrangements and training plan.
传达和落实部门各项工作安排和培训计划。
6. Interact with department and hotel Team Members in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two-way communication.
以积极专业的态度与酒店内部各部门及同事沟通，建立起良好的工作关系，增强团队精神保证有效的双向交流。
7. Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
完成任何其他合理的职责和被指派的职责。


Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability工作技能技巧要求：

1. Communicates effectively and clearly.
有效清晰交流。
2. Thorough knowledge of hotel fire、life-safety systems and equipments.
熟悉有关酒店消防、安全生命系统和设备的知识；
3. Good knowledge of hotel security operations.
掌握酒店保安工作程序。
4. Maintain excellence in leadership abilities
保持优秀的领导能力。
5. Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
较强的人际处理能力并关注细节。
6. Minimum 2 years in supervisory position.
