Job Responsibility
1、Handle cash、bank and foreign exchange transactions.
处理现金,银行和外汇业务
2、Handle accounting and tax working, assistant finance manager to improve working procedures, financial management regulations.
独立处理账务、税务等工作、协助财务经理完善财务管理制度和工作程序。
3、Responsible for checking the payment applications and staff expense reimbursement.
负责审核员工的费用报销、审核付款申请及相关单据。
4、To manage fixed asset, include capital approval、fixed asset check、disposal and so on.
管理固定资产,包括资本审批、固定资产盘点、报废等
5、Responsible for analysis of product cost and to find out variance between the actual cost and standard cost and provide financial advice.
分析产品成本,找出实际成本与标准成本之间的差异并提出财务建议
6、Correctly checking income, cost and expense, register all information into voucher timely and accurately, responsible for monthly or quarterly inventory control, strengthen cost management, issue financial statement timely.
正确核算收入、成本、费用,及时准确的录入凭证、负责月度或季度盘点工作,加强成本管理,月度结账,按时出具财务报表。
7、Coordinate with tax bureau, banks, etc., and maintain good relationship with them.
负责公司与税务、银行等部门的接洽,维护良好的合作关系。
8、 Provide support in external and internal audits.
为公司内部外部审计提供支持
9、Responsible for recruitment of new employees and termination process, execute employment contracts.
负责公司员工的招聘以及离职,合同的签订,解除等;
10、Be able to process payroll, set up and administer all accounts such as pension amounts, insurance, etc. especially for foreigner.
负责员工工资,各项社保,医疗等的缴纳等,尤其是外籍员工的处理;
11、Maintain HR documents, files, etc.
保管人事部门的文件档案等;
12、Assist Manger to establish, update & perfect company policies, provide reasonable advice, promote company standardized management.
协助经理完善、健全人力资源管理制度,提出合理化建议,认真履行工作职责,推动公司规范化管理.
Requirements
1、Five years or above accounting supervisor working experience in manufacturing enterprises, familiar with finance policy and accounting, tax laws and regulations.
五年及以上制造业会计主管工作经验,熟悉财经政策和会计、税务法规。
2、Be familiar with Office software, including WORD, EXCELL、PPT etc. Good command of financial softwares, including K3, UFIDA, good practice with financial statements, have strong ability of financial analysis and management.
熟练使Office办公软件,包括WORD、EXEL、PPT等; 熟练运用财务管理软件,包括金蝶、用友等,熟悉财务报表的编制,有较强的财务分析和管理能力。
3、Familiar with China Employment laws、HR related modules and HR normal process and working sens.
熟知中国相关的劳动法,基础人力资源管理知识和人事工作方法及流程
4、Rigorous and precise, good communication ability and teamwork spirit
认真严谨,有良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神
5、Good English capabilities both oral and written
