职位描述：
This position provide the overall management of the Quality Lab, to monitor, evaluate, analysis and maintain all function test & material related activities including the failure analysis to support the customer, process control, failure analysis activities which related to material & heat operation on both accuracy and timetable.
1.Monitor, evaluate, analysis and maintain a capable function test including the fatigue test, corrosion test, sag loss test…and inspection system. (E.g. policies, procedures, samples, specifications, method, drawings, reports, MSA, calibration etc.) .
2.Handling all of the related material test & fracture analysis to support the daily business for engineering & product.
3.Interface with Project & product Engineers, Quality Engineers and quality assurance personnel to analyse and resolve measurement & test issues and internal & external failure analysis.
4.Submit measurement and test report with accuracy and on schedule to meet customer, process control, and project management requirement (e.g. ISIR, MSA, record, and IMDS etc).
5.Work closely with project teams to facilitate the effective ramp-up of new project platforms on measuring issues, drawing review measurement method and measuring gage and fixture design.
6.Administrate the measurement and test equipment with effective calibration schedule
7.Develop and train the Lab personnel roles, tools, skills, standard, instructions, and responsibilities, etc.
