职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop & implement supply/ purchasing plan;
2. Develop & optimize supply chain management & supplier auditing system;
3. Other duties as assigned by CPO.

Qualification：

1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering, material science or other relevant disciplines and 5 years of experience in scouring;
2. Experience of supplier evaluating & auditing;
3. Experiences of casting, forging, machining. Hose and electric are preferable;
4. Comprehensive experiences in supplier management field, APQP;
5. Proficient English both in oral and written, at least level 6;
6. Persuasive and well-organized to identify the solutions step by step for problem solving;
7. Professional work ethnics and character integrity；
8. Working experience of International Company is preferable.
