职位描述：
职责 Tasks：
1.负责设备维护保养,预防性维修,故障维修工作。协助维修工程师尽快解决设备出现的故障，做好设备的点检巡查和清洁工作；
Responsible for mainte***ce, preventive mainte***ce, troubleshooting of machinery, assist mainte***ce engineer to solve the problem ASAP for the entire machine, make site inspection & clean.
2. 快速响应并解决简单的故障，定期检查设备的运行状况（看，听，摸，闻）
Fast response and solve for easy and simple problem. Check and review running case of machine (see, listen, touch, smell)
3. 维修与维护模具，托盘，料盘，机器人夹具等
Maintain and repair the die, carrier , saddle and clamp module of robot
4.检查TPM计划及文件并实施,负责设备及维修区域5S
Check and review the cleanliness and TPM, take charge in 5s for machine and mainte***ce area.
5.按照计划实施并完成维护保养任务
Carry out and complete mainte***ce task as plan
6. 熟练使用电焊、氩弧焊及氧乙炔等设备对模具进行加热烧焊；
Familiar with welding machine, welding and repair the die, saddle and carrier.
任职要求
Requirement:
1.机械或电气专业中专或以上文化程度，至少有2年在汽车供应商的维修技术工作经验。有外企工作经验者优先。
Technic school or above in Mechanical/Electrical engineering or related field. More than 2years Experienced in technical mainte***ce field at automotive OEM. Experience in the foreign company is preferred.
2.工作主动性强，能够在压力下工作，有较强的问题解决能力,良好的动手能力及改善能力 Work initiative, able to work under pressure, Good problem solving skills, Good hands and improve capacity;
3.愿意倒班和加班。
Willing to work shifts and overtime.
4.有一定的机加经验，焊工经验
Experience in machining and welding
5.有行车证、焊工证者优先
