职位描述：
Key Accountabilities 主要职责：
-Prepare related document for new project. (Control plan, inspection agreement, part history, dimension report, OTS, PPAP, etc)
  准备新项目资料。（如：控制计划，检检协议,零件履历，尺寸报告，OTS及PPAP等文件）
-Verify，make statistic and analysis nonconformity.
  不合格确认，统计和分析。
-Carry out the process audit and product audit.
  实施过程审核和产品审核。
-Analyze the return goods and deal with the customer complaint with customer service. Draft 8D report and get approval in case of 0km and warranty complaints and claims.
  退回品的分析，协助客服处理顾客的投诉。针对客户的0公里和售后投诉，起草8D报告，并得到批准。
-Create the inspection plan and Control the measurement instrument in line.
  制定检验计划和控制在线检验器具。
-Analyze and solve the quality problems on production line.
  生产现场质量问题分析处理解决。
-Train the internal employee about quality technology.
  对内部员工进行质量技术的培训。
-Assist WCP to finish related tasks. (Finish report, root cause analysis, risk analysis, etc.)
  协助WCP完成相应的任务（如 完成报告、根本原因分析、售后风险分析等）。
-Study and carry out BOS and customer related drawing, engineering specifications, quality requirements and engineering changes.
  研究并执行BOS内部和客户提供的相关图纸、标准、质量要求和工程变更。
-Any other works assigned by managers.
  上级指定的其他任何工作。

任职要求 Minimum Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above, major or experience in mechanical field.
  大学以上学历，机械相关专业。
-More than three years related working experience in foreign automotive parts assembly enterprise. Familiar with PPAP, Control Plan, 8D, MSA, SPC.
  3年以上外资汽车零部件装配企业业相关工作经验，熟悉PPAP, Control Plan, 8D, MSA, SPC。
-Familiar with TS16949, Process Audit and Product Audit.
  熟悉TS16949，过程审核和产品审核。
-BMW project experience preferable.
  有宝马项目经验优先。
-Open minded and creative, can work under high pressure.
  有创新精神，能承受压力工作。
-Good command of English in oral & written.
