职位描述：
- Identify customer requirement related with technical and process, assessment and process design with team
识别客户相关技术，工艺需求，与设计团队一同进行评估
- Leading for ECR management
主导工程变更管理
- Work closely with customer representatives and product group to insure that customer re-quirement is fulfilled
与客户代表及项目组紧密合作，确保客户需求得以实施
- Working for process design and line build up of new project together with team
参与新项目过程设计及生产线设计
- Participate for continues improvement of production line (productivities, quality, SHE, ener-gy, ...)
参与生产线相关生产效率，质量，安全，能源持续改进
- Parameter definition and controlling together with team for fulfill customer requirement
参数定义及控制以满足客户要求
- Participating for Poka-Yoke management, identification, design, setting up, monitoring, im-provement, ...
参与防错管理，识别，设计，安装，监控及改进
- Cooperation with team for supplier chain improvement
参与供应链改进

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in an electricity or mechanical discipline.
- Team leadership skills and the capability to communicate/influence at the plant staff level and customer
- Minimum of 3 years experience in project managment
- Familiarity with personal computing software (i.e. Ms word, ms excel, ms project, ms powerpoint.).
- Familiarity with CAD and CATIA software
- Bilingual in chinese and english 举报 分享
