职位描述：
1. Operator’s recruitment, including CV screen, selection etc.
2. Operator recruiting channel’s development and maintenance.
3. Handling staff’s entry, leaving procedures and employee contract’s signing and labor bureau’s verification etc.
4. Staff personnel file’s maintenance, update and management.
5. Assist deal with employee relationship with workers ( eg. employee communication, probation assessment evaluation, exist interview, worker’s complain, organizing worker’s satisfactory survey and questionnaires analysis; assist organize teambuilding etc.)
6. Assist employee training system’s establishment; Training effect’s evaluation and employee skill’s development management etc.
7. Handling HR related report on time (Staff Info, leaving staff info. attendance ratio statistics etc.)
8. Assist HR mgr. to conduct worker’s annual training plan and training implementation; Training files management;
9. Assist HR and Admin. Mgr. to implement necessary project periodically. Such as regulation or company’s culture establishment etc.
