职位描述：
Purpose of the position:

Responsible for creating and implementing training programs and supporting to build up the development of careers. Sets performance metrics, evaluates productivity, and helps store employee create long-term career plans within organization

Job Responsibilities:


？ Report to the Assistant Training Manager to identify training needs of staff and be able to measure effectiveness of training;
？ Plan, design and deliver in-house training programs for all levels of staff such as orientation, customer service training, selling technique, supervisory skills training, etc;
？ Prepare training materials and maintain training system & records;
？ Produce timely & accurate reports to keep track of the training effectiveness;
？ Provide timely support and coaching to frontline staff at all levels;
？ Provide logistical support, course development, delivery, evaluation, process measurements;
？ Support any ad-hoc projects as assigned;

Qualifications/Skills and Experience Required


？ Degree holder in business, training & development or related discipline;
？ At least 5 years of experience in training, preferably in fashion retail industry
？ Open-minded, detailed-oriented and good time & task management skills
？ Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills;
？ Mature, organized and attentive to details;
？ Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
？ Hands-on PC knowledge in MS office, particularly word processing, Excel, and PowerPoint;
？ Willing to work under high pressure
？ Willing to travel frequently 举报 分享
