职位描述：
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for IT technical infrastructure and daily operations in the offices and stores across China
2. Administration of the access control and systems, such as EAS, CCTV, Traffic counter, POS, telephone and Video conferencing systems etc; and to seek for process and system improvements
3. Lead ELV supplier tender process;
4. Maintain IT documentation in a well-organized, accurate and regular manner;
5. Coordinate trendy IT support about installation/trial run, evaluate and consult on IT solutions in the market
6. Store telephone line and ADSL local application one month ahead;
7. Help to install store software according to job needs ; standby for IT support during store operation hours in case of any urgency which impact on store business
8. Lead or participate in IT projects
9. Responsible for vendor management
10. Responsible for IT asset management
11. Help to maintain and purchase store hardware and software
12. Ensure IT standard and policy are implemented and executed to end users
13. Monitor daily and project IT spending; ensure purchases requests align with company policy and within budget
14. Ensure compliance with internal and external privacy, security and performance guidelines
15. The ability to do the store maintenance training for the store staff;

Qualifications Required:
1. Degree holder in Computer Engineering or related disciplines;
2. 6 years relevant experience; with minimum 3 years relevant experience and preferably in retail industry or MNC;
3. Familiar with multiple Microsoft Systems at the System Administrator level
4. Hands on experience and sound technical knowledge with server and infrastructure
5. Good communication and organization skills;
6. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
7. Able to work independently and be a good team player;
